We carefully prepare every order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Your order will be packaged and sent out as soon as possible. As soon as it has been picked up by the freight company we will activate your parcel number, after which you will receive another email that includes the tracking link.
How long is the delivery time?
We ship via trusted curier services. Deliveries might arrive after standard processing in:
Switzerland: 1-3 working days.
Europe: 3-5 working days
USA, Canada: 5-8 working days
Other countries: 5-12 working days

Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Exchanges
If you need a different size, please contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or returned without their original tags.
